General Guidelines for Use:

• - Membership Access: Only Club Rendition members may use the space daily from 9 am - 5 pm, excepting holidays and special event bookings. Members can, at times, bring one guest for meetings in either The Rendition Room or The Velvet Martini Lounge. Larger meetings can be held in the private dining room in Vitello's main dining area, if available.

• - Reservations: Use of the space must be reserved at least two hours in advance by texting 818-681-2000, and space is available on a first come, first served basis. Members can make unlimited reservations and spend as much time as needed, but equipment must be removed after each reservation.

Quiet and Courteous Environment:

• - Keep noise levels low to maintain a productive and quiet atmosphere. Avoid loud phone conversations and consider moving to a different area for longer discussions or calls to prevent disturbances to others.

• - Guests are asked to maintain an appropriate volume and be respectful to others working in the shared space. Using headphones for listening to audio is encouraged to minimize noise.

Food and Drink:

• - No outside food or beverages are allowed. Guests in the workspace may order from the Vitello's kitchen and bar, and a server will facilitate them in the space.

• - Vitello's staff will clear away dishes, but guests are responsible for clearing away any work-related trash.

Shared WiFi Availability:

• - Guests may make use of Vitello's WiFi guest network, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• - Acceptable Use: Users must not engage in illegal activities, including but not limited to downloading illegal content, hacking, spamming, or distributing harmful software. High bandwidth operations, such as large file transfers and peer-to-peer media sharing, are also prohibited.

• - Privacy and Security: Users acknowledge the security and privacy risks inherent in using public WiFi. Vitello's is not liable for any interception of transmissions, loss of data, or damage caused by viruses or other harmful programs while using the network.

• - Network Usage: Access to certain services may be restricted to ensure fair use for all guests. Users are expected to maintain appropriate online behavior and not misuse the network in a way that affects other users.

Resource and Equipment Usage:

• - Vitello's offers no shared office supplies or equipment, so members should bring their own and be responsible for them.

• - Equipment can be set up at only one table and should not block walkways. Members must dismantle and remove all equipment prior to the end of their reservation to ensure the space is ready for others.

Failure to follow this code of conduct may result in revocation of your reservation and may impact your ability to make future reservations.
